Went to watch X-men origins:Wolverine yesterday with christie, hanliang and harald at ilmua. It's a pretty much awesome show to catch and the special effects were great, so do catch it. I think there will X-men:the last stand on channel 5 tonight, i believe that most people who have catch X-men origins would want to catch X-men 1-3 again.

I pass my driving test with 6 points. haha. I managed to complete circuit without any mistake but i skip the S-curve, so i guess i was lucky. After circuit, i had to drive out on the road and i only went out like for less than ten minutes, the tester only wanted me to go out to the main road and u-turn back to driving school. So maybe thats the reason why i got only 6 points. haha. But its the pass that matters. However, if you ask me to do parking without the poles, i guess i can't do it. haha. 39 more days for my cute little girfriend to be back! I miss you lots. Anyway, will be going to harald's house to practice jamming tomorrow and having jamming with new vocals on sat. So thats all for today.

The all american rejects's "The wind blows" mtv is coming out soon, too bad can't watch it because mtv doesn't allow the video to be played outside US, but had a sneak preview and it looks nice. So be sure to catch their new mtv.

Its been a long long time since i last blog. It seems that i don't really have anything to write, its not because i do not have any life or so whatever, but somehow, i just hate (maybe) typing words and more words. Nothing much recently, living life as normal. Girlfriend is having fun in China and i'm missing her everything, and time is going so slowly that only one week has past, so 6 more weeks to go. Went to NTU today with hanliang for music video preview of local musicians, well, i must say that Singaporeans can do music videos. I'll be having my traffic pratical test this wed, hopefully i can just pass in one shot, so i do not have to spend 100 over bucks for the next test. But well, so what if i got my license, i'll still not be driving any vechicle. Here are some pictures taken before girfriend went out of town including the birthday surprise from friends, girlfriend's little "amazing race" and FOOD! haha.

PRAWN FISHING

Girlfriend and i went to prawn fishing today. We got to eat 12 prawns BUT we only managed to catch one prawn. lol. The 11 prawns were complimentry from a uncle there who like can catch one prawn every three mins. The prawns taste totally delicious and fresh.

Went to zouk yesterday to catch THE ALL AMERICAN REJECTS with melissa, christie, kaihui and shawn. The band is TOTALLY AWESOME. They sound like how they sound in their album, and Tyson's voice is like the most only 1/2 or 1 step down from album, he sound great. And Nick looks f***ing cool, and Tyson did a butt shaking for the short pre chorus for the song I WANNA. They are just simply an awesome band.

Went to watch two movies in the past week, first slumdog millionaire with my girlfriend and second outlander with kaihui, harald and shawn. Here's my say about these movies:

Slumdog Millionaire

Okay, basically this show is like one of the best movie in 08 although the casts are all unknowns, the plot is good, the way they shoot is good. You will just see the reason why the movie won 8 awards out of 10 nomination in Oscars.

Outlander
This show is like a guy from the game "Halo" coming down to a viking village to fight an alien which kind of resemble the alien from Alien VS Predators. The movie was overall average.

Push and Watchmen are coming out soon. Both are about superheroes. I think these two will be great. And The All American Rejects will be in town tomorrow night.

Wanted to went jewel box for a drink and a cable car ride, but cable car closed at 1045 and we waited bus 409 to mount faber for damn bloody long so we just gave up the plan. DAY ONE

We arrived at Changi airport at around 5.30 in the morning for our trip to Korea and had a 6 hour flight and here we are, Incheon aiport at around 3.30 korea time in the afternoon. The airport was still kinda warm, but the minute we step out to our coach, the temperature is freezing. We headed next to our hotel, the first day was free & easy so we had to settle our dinner at nearby restaurants. We went to a shabu shabu restaurant and had shabu shabu for dinner, note that if you want to go to korea, is best you learn some korean language. lol. We had a little trouble saying what we wanted in the restaurant and thanks to pointing here and there, we got our dinner. After dinner, we went to walk around and we got ourselves hot coffee from Starbucks, although you will be like thinking "chey, starbucks, Singapore also got" but the experience is really very different drinking in Singapore and in winter countries. Hot coffee never taste that good because the hot coffee really keeps you warm and comfortable there. So maybe thats why there is like so many coffee house there, i guess.

DAY TWO

On the second day, we went to Changdeokgung Palace in the morning. It is the representative of Korean palace architecture. The place looks nice, like how you guys saw in korea drama. So we had a tour around the palace and took quite a lot of pictures there. After the tour at Changdeokgung Palace, we went to have steamboat and the famous korean dish, Pibimpap for lunch. I didn't know Pibimpap was so nice until i tried it at korea, i'm having a craving for it right now. We went to a coffee house where the drama "coffee price" is shoot and had a cup of hot coffee there. I had a cup of americano which i do not really like as i'm not really much a coffee lover, i prefer the Latte there which my parents had. After the coffee, we went to Lotte World which house one of the largest indoor amusement parks in the world. It consists of a large indoor theme park, an outdoor amusement park. The place is like super big, it is not just a amusement park but has shopping malls, a hotel, restaurants, museum, sports facilities and movie theatres in one area. The rides there, indoor or outdoor are like so much more exotic than in Escape. And there's the bumper car, the ride that i believe, can no longer found in Singapore anymore. We had our dinner there and went back to the hotel after that.

DAY THREE

We went to Daejanggeum theme park in the morning, it's the place where MDC (one of korea television) actually built a set which resemble the Changdeokgung Palace to shoot the drama Daejanggeum. We were all freezing cold when we reached there as i think the weather got colder that day. We took quite a lot of pictures there. Next, we went to a strawberry farm nearby. We had a few strawberries there and the strawberries taste very sweet and fresh. After lunch, we went to a spa resort, had sauna, outdoor foot reflexology and spa. The outdoor foot reflexology is a different experience as we just wore a thin layer top and went out in the cold and have our foot in hot water. It was comfortable despite the cold weather. Next we move to the ski resort for the night. The room was kinda of big but a bit dirty as it's only a resort.

DAY FOUR

On day four, we went skiing and skiing is simply just plain fun. We had skiing for 1/2 day and my mom and girlfriend had trouble skiing. lol. They kept falling down to the ground and my brother knocked into a group of people standing there like a bowling ball knocking on the pins. lol. And i fell too with my ski board stuck in the fence. However, the falling down does not stop us from skiing. We had real fun skiing. We then went up a hill by cable car and the top of the hill is freezing cold, i think the temp is like negative. We then had Korean bbq for dinner and the bbq pork just go great with a piece of lettuce. Simply just love Korean food after the trip. check in to hotel after that.

DAY FIVE

We went to Everland theme park on day 5 morning. Okay, this theme park is like damn big, i think it's like 1/2 of Sentosa. However, its not just a amusement park, there is like a safari there where we took a bus around the safari and look at the animals in close contact, just a glass away. The main focus of the safari is its lions, tigers, bears and a type of animal which is the only in the world - a mix of lion and tiger. And we even saw lions having sex, thats what you won't get to see everyday. lol. We also saw bears standing up and they are like damn huge. We also went to play the snow slide, the snow slide is like the one in snow city but there is like bigger, outdoor and more fun than snow city. We played a roller-coaster there where the speed of it was like 80 km/hr, and the next thing we knew when we got onto it, it has finished. lol. And the staffs there are very friendly, they will dance and sing when the ride is on and makes the whole theme park more fun and lively. We went shopping in the night at a department store there, don't really have much things in the department store. Went to have dinner and we had the famous must-eat-food-in-Korea, which is the ginseng chicken, it was simply delicious. Went back to hotel after that, however, the night doesn't stop here, we took a taxi down to a shopping centre named Doota. The place is like so different from the department store we went earlier that day, Doota is like a shopping centre of bugis street. There are like lots and lots and lots of clothings, shoes, bags etc. And the stuff there are super nice and are more fashionable than what you can get in Singapore. How i wish Singapore have winter so i can like wear nice vest, casual blazer and stuff. I only got a belt there.

DAY SIX

We took a 4.30pm flight home and we all hope that we can stay longer. I think this is a memorable trip and i hope to re visit Korea again.

The new year is just around the corner, hope everyone have a joyous holiday. I'm heading back to school tomorrow. And i'm into Spiraling by Keane and Human by The Killers.

Here's the post of our one year anniversary. My girlfriend actually bake a heart shape chocolate cake for me, with a bird on top, why? because she doesn't have enough chocolate to cover the top. lol. I didn't know she actually can bake a cake and the weirdest thing is the cake taste good. lol. She also made a "booklet" with our one whole year of memories in it. Thanks baby. I did a photoframe with a picture of two stick person holding hands together which represent me and her. Although the result is much worse than i thought, but its still the thoughts that counts, right? lol. I'm not really an art & craft guy so you can see glue here and there. lol. Baby, hope you like my gift! cus i spend 5 hours on it. We actually wanted to have our lunch at stiff chili (the restaurant where we went for our first month), but due to unknown reason, it has move to bali and we can't possibly fly there and eat so she suggested AZABUSABO at marina. Although i do not have craving for jap food that day, but my girlfriend wanted it so badly and as a good & caring boyfriend, we went there for our lunch. LOL! Ramen, jap curry chicken cutlet rice and macha at AZABUSABO and the food is just totally awesome. Went to esplanade to take pictures after that and we had haagen dazs fondue for dinner, just ice cream for dinner and it just left me hungry for the rest of the night. And lastly, i wanted to say I LOVE YOU!

I heard this song on 987FM and they actually play this old song of Linkin Park, and this has been one of my fav during my secondary school days or even maybe primary school days. Great band, Great music.

Monday:

I went to catch high school musical 3 (dont' ask me why) on monday with girlfriend, rachel and eelaine. To me, the movie is all about girls going "OMG! ITS ZAC EFRON" ~ "ZAC EFRON IS LIKE SO HOT!" and basically nothing else.

Wednesday:

on wednesday... I LOST MY IPOD TOUCH!!! FUCK! its something that i wanted alot when it first came out and i got it but now, I LOST IT! I JUST WANT MY IPOD BACK! i just can't survive without it.
